Management Team

	Mr. Adrian Cleeve Managing Director Adrian Cleeve is an experienced commercial lawyer having been admitted to practice in 1979 and active in commercial matters since that time. He left private practice in 1986 and has been actively involved in business interests ever since then. He has held management positions in several organisations including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Touchcorp Ltd until 2001
	Mr. Denis Calvert Chief Operations Officer Denis Calvert has more than 20 years experience in the payments business, specialising in secure financial transactions. He spent ten years with VeriFone in various positions including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. He was also President of Retail and Merchant Services for Citibank North America, and a Director of the Mastercard Acquiring Board. Denis Calvert is also involved in various charitable organisations and is Chairman of The Sydney Cochlear Implant Centre - the Ear Foundation.
	Tony Bianco Chief Financial Officer Tony is an experienced accountant who has worked in such industries as manufacturing, apparel, services, and Information Technology. Tony has a Bachelor Of Business Degree, majoring in Accounting and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
	Jason Van General Manager Business Solutions and Strategy - Telecoms Providers Jason Van is an experienced IT executive who has held senior management roles in both government and private enterprise. As Chief Information Officer of the Bartercard Global Group of Companies, he was responsible for implementing electronic barter currencies to banks internationally. Jason Van has operational, development and sales experience with major Australian telecommunications companies and has consulted on, and led, major IT integrations in Australia, US and Europe.
	Phil Kanizay General Manager Business Solutions - Financial Services Phil Kanizay has held senior roles with with a number of Financial institutions. After commencing with BankSA in 1987, he headed up Merchant acquiring for the Advance Bank and subsequently the St.George Group until 2006. Phil has been with Touch Networks since 2008 and has held the role of General Manager, Customer and Supplier Relationships since October 2009.
	Goran Abramovic General Manager Business Solutions - Europe Goran Abramovic graduated in 2000 with a Degree in Computer Science and commenced work at Touch Networks in 2001 as a Software Developer. Since then he has successfully held leadership and business development roles with the Company in Europe and has been instrumental in the expansion of Touch Networks in to Austria, Switzerland, Croatia and Bosnia.

	Leigh-Ann Jones HR Manager Leigh-Ann is an experienced HR Manager who has worked in industries such as Major Events and Retail in the UK. Leigh-Ann spent six years as a HR Manager with Caffè Nero Group Ltd, one of the leading independent UK retailers, with over 500 stores worldwide. Leigh-Ann made the transition to the IT industry by joining Touch Networks in January 2010. Leigh-Ann has a BA Hons Business degree.
