Tony Bianco

Chief Financial Officer

Tony is an experienced accountant who has worked in such industries as manufacturing, apparel, services, and Information Technology. Tony has a Bachelor Of Business Degree, majoring in Accounting and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

 

Peter Wardrop

General Manager - Global Support

Peter Wardrop has worked in the electronic-transaction processing industry since 1980.  Prior to joining Touch he was National Manager for EFTPOS for National Australia Bank, security consultant for transit ticketing provider, One Link and payment systems consultant for Australia's largest retailer, Coles Myer. He has consulted across Australia, Europe, United States and South America on payment systems projects.

Jason Van

General Manager Business Solutions and Strategy, Telecoms Providers

Jason Van is an experienced IT executive who has held senior management roles in both government and private enterprise. As Chief Information Officer of the Bartercard Global Group of Companies, he was responsible for implementing electronic barter currencies to banks internationally. Jason Van has operational, development and sales experience with major Australian telecommunications companies and has consulted on, and led, major IT integrations in Australia, US and Europe.

Phil Kanizay

General Manager Business Solutions - Financial Services

Phil Kanizay has held senior roles with with a number of Financial institutions. After commencing with BankSA in 1987, he headed up Merchant acquiring for the Advance Bank and subsequently the St.George Group until 2006. Phil has been with Touch Networks since 2008 and has held the role of General Manager, Customer and Supplier Relationships since October 2009.

 

Goran Abramovic

General Manager Business Solutions - Europe

Goran Abramovic graduated in 2000 with a Degree in Computer Science and commenced work at Touch Networks in 2001 as a Software Developer. Since then he has successfully held leadership and business development roles with the Company in Europe and has been instrumental in the expansion of Touch Networks in to Austria, Switzerland, Croatia and Bosnia.

Stuart Mills

General Manager - IT Operations

Stuart Mills is an Information Technology executive with over 20 years experience within blue chip companies in the financial services industry. Having worked with National Australia Bank, GE Money, and ANZ he has a strong foundation spanning a broad range of business and technology operational disciplines. His most recent roles involved driving multi-million dollar cost reductions, strategic outsourcing and off-shoring initiatives, business integration and divestiture activities, new product innovations and lean and six sigma programs. Stuart is a strong advocate of Technology’s role as a business partner responsible for creating value within the organisation.


Leigh-Ann Jones

HR Manager

Leigh-Ann is an experienced HR Manager who has worked in industries such as Major Events and Retail in the UK.  Leigh-Ann spent six years as a HR Manager with Caffè Nero Group Ltd, one of the leading independent UK retailers, with over 500 stores worldwide. Leigh-Ann made the transition to the IT industry by joining Touch Networks in January 2010. Leigh-Ann has a BA Hons Business degree.
