Mike Jefferies Chairman and Non-executive Director |

| Mike Jefferies is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in finance and investment including more than 15 years as an executive of Guinness Peat Group plc (GPG). This international investment group is listed on the major stock exchanges in London, Australia and New Zealand.
During his time with GPG, the company's market capitalisation went from $25 million to $2.4 billion. In recent years he has been Managing Director of MEM Group Ltd (which recently became a wholly owned subsidiary of GPG). He served as a Non-executive Director of software company Solution 6 Ltd and played a key role in its merger with MYOB Ltd. He is a Non-executive Director of Metals Exploration Ltd and also of financial services companies Australian Wealth Management Ltd and Tower Ltd.

| Hatim Tyabji is a distinguished executive with an exceptional record of adding shareholder value in the technology sector. By creating the world's first virtually run company, he took the market capitalisation of VeriFone (NYSE) from $30 million to $1.5 billion.
Among many credits, he holds the Point Of Sale Industry's Lifetime Achievement Award, the Academy of Management's Distinguished Executive of the Year Award and an honorary doctorate from the State University of New York. In 2007, he published Husband, Wife & Company: An Honest Perspective on Success in Life and Work, a book on the complex interrelationships between family and career. Hatim Tyabji is currently executive chairman of Bytemobile and formerly chairman of DataCard Group and founding chairman and CEO of Saraide. He also serves on the boards of Best Buy (NYSE), Depotpoint, Jasper Wireless, and Merchant eSolutions. He is ambassador-at-large for Benchmark Capital.

Denis Calvert has more than 20-years experience in the payments business, specialising in secure financial transactions. He spent ten years with VeriFone in various positions including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. He has also been President of Retail and Merchant Services for Citibank North America, and the Director of the Mastercard Acquiring Board. Denis Calvert is also involved in various charitable organisations and is Chairman of The Sydney Cochlear Implant Centre - the Ear Foundation. |

| Adrian Cleeve is an experienced commercial lawyer and business executive. After being admitted to practice in 1979, he left commercial law in 1986 and has been involved in business interests since.
He has held management positions in several organisations including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Touchcorp Ltd until 2001, and is currently a Director of that company.

| Peter Wardrop has worked in the electronic-transaction processing industry since 1980.
Prior to joining Touch he was National Manager for EFTPOS for National Australia Bank, security consultant for transit ticketing provider, One Link and payment systems consultant for Australia's largest retailer, Coles Myer. He has consulted across Australia, Europe, United States and South America on payment systems projects.

| Jason Van is an experienced IT executive who has held senior management roles in both government and private enterprise. As Chief Information Officer of the Bartercard Global Group of Companies, he was responsible for implementing electronic barter currencies to banks internationally.
