The Touch Application Process


Under the ‘Sign Up’ tab, scroll down and click on ‘Touch Service Application Forms’. Here you can download, print and fill out a Sign Up and Direct Debit form.

Fax your completed application form/s to the number clearly set out on the forms so that the corresponding bank can enter your details into their systems. The bank will then fax your application to the Touch service desk where your details are entered into our system. It generally takes 24 hours for Touch to set up your account. During busier periods this may extend to 48 hours.

Some of the products Touch supplies come through a third party and therefore require us to send separte application forms through to the respective third party. The third parties can take up to 7 business days to process those forms.

Once all the necessary details are entered into our system, we will call you to activate your system. This will take approximately 20 minutes and during this time we will provide you with training on how to use our service. Touch also sends out a marketing pack that contains information on the wide range of products that we supply.

Your nominated bank account will be debited each Monday for the transactions you process and Touch will provide you with a statement of all Touch transactions.
