Extranet Reporting
Touch Networks understands that some businesses require specific reports to enable them to obtain targeted information for them to measure performance that is important to their business; Touch Networks has the capabilities to create such reports and will work with the individual business to create a template to manage the criteria for them. Furthermore, Touch Networks enables all of their Customers to view comprehensive real-time reports via a secure Extranet; these reports can provide information such as transaction reports, settlement reports and detailed product and margin information.
Touch VAS Extranet
The Touch VAS Extranet provides Merchants with the ability to view important information about Touch Value Added Service (VAS). Merchants are provided with login details when they sign up for Touch VAS which ensures their personal details remain secure. Functions available on the VAS Extranet include access to product information, a current product and price list, transaction reporting, billing advice statements and additional product support.

iCTK Extranet
The iCTK Extranet for PMS Vendors is designed to assist and guide a Vendor through all of the elements required to complete integration of the iCTK into a PMS software. Functions available on the iCTK Extranet include an introduction to iCTK, processes, technical components, templates and additional support. Once a signed iCTK Terms and Conditions Contract has been returned to the iCTK Team, the Vendor will be issued with login details to access the iCTK Extranet.
