Supplier Product Management

Touch is highly experienced in managing Supplier product and services, from the initial contact through to deployment and ongoing support. A typical overview of this activity has been provided below.

  1. New Suppliers are acquired by Touch via:
    • Touch Business Development Managers
    • Suppliers
    • Merchants
    • Terminal Fleet Owners
  2. Touch investigates the commercial viability of products and services, and negotiates a project agreement with the Supplier which outlines cost and delivery.
  3. The program to enable devices with products and services is built and deployed into pilot sites and, on success, is signed off and released to all Merchants or a selected Merchant base.
  4. Marketing support is provided to ensure that a Supplier’s products and services are effectively communicated and promoted to Merchants and their customers.
  5. Ongoing Customer support is available 24/7 to Merchants to manage enquiries about a Supplier’s products and services.
